A typical Hawkes Bay winter day with blue skies attracts thousands!

Last Thursday saw thousands of horticulturalists flocking to the East Coast National Horticultural Field Day held at the Hawkes Bay Showgrounds.  With the all the normal attractions including Hydralada competition and Young Fruitgrowers Awards, followed by the legendary Tug of War, it really was a great day out!  Lots of well presented trade shows both outdoors and in the pavilion made it a successfull event and one which will no doubt continue to grow!
