Orchard platform demo in cherries gets good intrerest in Otago
Pictured here is Hydralada Company's sales rep Duncan Smith with Jane Miscisco, an Otago cherry grower. Two days of demonstrating the latest Hydralada Nblosi orchard platform to growers got a lot of local interest, especially those who have adopted the new UFO (Upright Fruiting Offshoots) intensive planting system. This machine will work in narrow row spacings from 2.0m to 4.5m and the platform lifts to 2.5m giving up to 4.5m working height. The magic of this machine is the auto self steer. No dedicated driver is required as the machine progresses along the row sensing the base of the trees. Email Duncan or Jason now on sales@hydralada.co.nz to find out more about this awesome new machine to help you with saving money by reducing labour cost.
